Overview

Every request that comes in through the MICE Operations widget on your website arrives in Centerflow with first-party attribution data such as source, campaign, keyword and UTM parameters. After that the integration keeps syncing: if you change the quote amount in MICE Operations or mark a request as won, it automatically updates in Centerflow. So you see not only how many requests a campaign generates, but also how much revenue actually comes out of it, and you send that value to Google Ads as an offline conversion.

What you get with MICE Operations and Centerflow:

  • Every quote request through your MICE Operations widget arrives in Centerflow with complete first-party attribution data
  • Changes in MICE Operations sync automatically: if you change the quote amount or status, it also changes in Centerflow
  • See the quote amount per request, so you know the value of a lead before it is won
  • Send the whole funnel to Google Ads as offline conversions: the request, the qualified lead and the won quote
  • Use requests, quotes and won bookings as conversions in your reports and analyses
  • Compare your ad spend with the quote revenue you actually won
  • Discover which channels generate the largest requests, not just the most

FAQ’s

We have a standard integration with MICE Operations. You indicate in Centerflow that you use MICE Operations, after which new requests come in automatically.
The change syncs to Centerflow. A new quote amount or a new status, for example won or lost, is updated automatically.
Yes. You send the request, the qualified lead and the won quote as offline conversions, with the corresponding amount. This teaches Google Ads to optimize for the requests that actually generate revenue.
